- Nice hotel with polite staffs. Very responsive and supportive via email - The room was nice and spacious - Beautiful onsen, especially the outdoor one. Opening 24 hours - Breakfast and dinner are buffet with generous portion. Yamagata beef was delicious, so was the vienna sausages - Shuttle bus service provided for all guests from the hotel to Zao Bus Terminal - Good location

Very nice onsen (2 outside hot springs, 1 inside hot spring and 1 hot water bath) but on some days the hot springs can get super hot since they are coming straight from the source. Spacious and comfortable tatami rooms. The staff took great care of us and of our needs.

The room was beautiful, I loved the view and the little touches like the gorgeous teapot. The onsens were wonderful, especially the larger outdoor one. I’d go back just for the onsen. The location was also good, opposite a gondola and a chairlift.

free onsen. very close to ski rental shop and snowboarding instructor. fairly close to the ski ropes and the gondola to see the snow monster. has an equipment room to store your ski / snowboarding gears. nice authentic dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. very hospitable, was sincerely touched by their service throughout the stay. I would like to thank the concierge lady at front desk especially. sadly i couldn’t rmb here name.

Location is very close to the Ropeway. Hotel room nice and clean. Staff are very nice, was very helpful in every way

breakfast is delicious and with variance of choice, no matter western foods or Japanese foods the hot spring is quite good with two kinds of sources

Located between the bus terminal and Zao ropeway, very convenient. Dinner and breakfast are good. Staff are friendly and helpful.
